Primrose Tales

Four stories make up this children's book. Based around Primrose Hill, London, various characters find themselves in difficult situations. This necessitates the development of various coping strategies in order to extracate themselves from the difficulites they face. It appears that things are never quite as they seem. The narrative 'in media res' meaning in the middle of things is frequently drawn upon. Here the reader is plunged directly into the action with no idea of what or whom is involved. This literary technique engenders fascination and engagement.

Fox: The Wisley Tails

This children's book is situated both in the Royal Horticultural Society, Wisley Gardens, Surrey, and the Hilton Hotel, Woking, Fox and Lily Mouse become great friends. They share adventures and their lives. Set within the four seasons, these stories follow the characters as they attempt to go about their daily lives. Danger is never far away, such is the life of a mouse benefitting from the protection of a kindly Fox.

Freddie the Frog

Freddie the Frog is a delightful children's book. Follow Freddie's adventures as he finds a new place to live, makes new friends and learns how to get on with others such as Basil the cat. This book can be read to children or can be used to enable children to read for themselves.

Wayne the Wasp: Adventures by the River

Wayne the Wasp is a delightful book aimed at children aged three upwards. Wayne is relatively young and inexperienced and is guided by his mother and a kindly co-worker, Lillie May.
